My thoughts on this image

The combination of deep black sand, glittering ice blocks and the wild surf of the Atlantic Ocean makes this place particularly interesting. The picture was taken in the colourful evening light. With an exposure time of 1/3 second, I was able to make the movement of the receding water and the rough dynamics equally visible.
